Villa Sabbia, a stunning example of architectural splendour in the heart of Koksijde, underwent a remarkable transformation that respected its historical charm and heritage. The villa was gutted and meticulously rebuilt by the current owner. Because the villa was classified as a village sight, the renovation had to meet all the requirements imposed by Erfgoed Brugge and Koksijde. To preserve the historic character and architectural integrity, certain original features therefore had to be preserved.
