Villa Sabbia wishes to inform you, through this Privacy Statement, about the collection and processing of your personal data and this in relation to all services provided by Villa Sabbia and in general to all activities carried out by Villa Sabbia. Villa Sabbia asks that you read this Privacy Statement carefully, since it contains essential information on how your personal data are processed and for what purpose.

By communicating your personal data to our company, you expressly declare to have taken note of this Privacy Statement and also expressly agree to it, as well as to the processing itself.

 

Personal data processed

Villa Sabbia may process personal data about you, because you use the services of Villa Sabbia, and/or because you provide it to Villa Sabbia yourself when completing a contact form or during the purchase of tickets on the website.

Why Villa Sabbia needs data

Villa Sabbia processes your personal data to contact you by phone or e-mail if you request it, and/or to contact you in writing (by e-mail and/or by mail) in case you can't be reached by phone unexpectedly.

In addition, Villa Sabbia may process your personal data in the performance of a contract of engagement with you, usually consisting of technological and commercial services. Furthermore, Villa Sabbia may process your personal data in the context of conducting its accounting, customer management, management of suppliers / subcontractors, personnel management and payroll administration, public relations and direct marketing activities such as sending promotional or commercial information and newsletters. How long Villa Sabbia keeps data

Mapping website visits

General visitor data is kept on the Villa Sabbia website, including the IP address of your computer and the time of request and data that your browser sends. This data is used for analyzes of visitor and click behavior on the website. Villa Sabbia uses this information to improve the functioning of the website. This data is anonymized as much as possible and is not provided to third parties.

Google Analytics

Villa Sabbia uses Google Analytics to track how users use the website and how effective any AdWords advertisements from Villa Sabbia are on Google search result pages. The information thus obtained, including the address of your computer (IP address), is transferred to and stored by Google on servers in the United States.   • Right to erasure or restriction : ou have the right to request that we erase your personal data or restrict its processing in the circumstances and under the conditions set out in the GDPR. We may refuse the erasure or restriction of any personal data that is necessary for us to fulfill a legal obligation, the execution of the agreement or our legitimate interest, as long as this data is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
  • Right to data portability : You have the right to receive the personal data you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable form. You have the right to transfer this data to another controller.
  • Right to object : you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data for serious and legitimate reasons. Please note, however, that you cannot object to the processing of personal data that is necessary for us to perform a legal obligation, the execution of the agreement or our legitimate interest, as long as this data is necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.
  • Right to withdraw consent :  if the processing of personal data is based on prior consent, you have the right to withdraw this consent. These personal data will then only be processed if we have another legal basis for this.
  • Automatic decisions and profiling : we confirm that the processing of personal data does not include profiling and that you are not subject to fully automated decisions.

The Villa Sabbia website uses a reliable SSL certificate to ensure that your personal data does not fall into the wrong hands. Under no circumstances can Villa Sabbia be held liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from incorrect or unlawful use of the personal data by a third party.
